This Company, Eco One is the best ever. Frank is such a nice man and is very professional... Jason installed my new hot water heater and he is a perfectionist. He also is an expert and does a very clean job.Jason was very kind and knew all about plumbing. Chris came and helped bring in the new hot water heater. He was also very nice. Highly recommend. I needed an old toilet replaced. The Eco One telephone receptionist, technician Chris and assistant Jon were all courteous & professional. Competitively priced, they called when on the way, showed up on time, explained everything clearly & cleaned up after themselves. Very satisfied. I'd recommend them to all my friends and family. I rent from American Homes. I had a leak in my garage .They sent out Mike to do the repair. He knew exactly where the leak was coming from. He dropped down to the floor, put his ear to the wall and told me he could hear the leak. He cut open the wall, and sure enough you could hear the water spraying from the bad fitting. He fixed it good as new. 2 weeks later on a Thursday, I had the same type of leak in my dining room on the wall next to the kitchen. I asked American Homes, please send Mike, he will know exactly what to do. American Homes sent not 1, but 2 plumbers from Ark plumbing. Very Long story short, I had to go the whole weekend dealing with the leak because of their incompetence. I kept asking them -PLEASE SEND MIKE-. Monday finally arrived and Mike showed up bright and early first thing and had the leak fixed in 10 minutes. He knew exactly what to do and exactly how to fix it. There is no substitute for experience. Mike was courteous, professional and had the knowledge and experience to get the job done, both times. No hassles, no haggling, no nonsense. I can say with no hesitation, whatever your plumbing needs, I know Mike and Eco One can help. Thank You Mike for helping me and my family.
