Terrible communication, office struggles on picking up the phone no matter the time of day, wont return phone calls and has little to no solution for help or work. Company would be better if not for the poor/misleading communication.

We are extremely pleased with Senez Aluminum Specialists and the work they completed on our home. They removed an old sagging roof extension attached to our front porch and the old wooden porch decking. Then poured a new larger concrete porch floor, covered it with a new roof, and screened in the entire area. The crew of 2, (Jarred and Cole) always treated us and our property with respect. We are so pleased with their craftsmanship and attention to detail and the final product far exceeds my expectations. We also had the company put gutters and fascia on our soffits and we couldn't be more pleased with the final project.
