Im here to return my cable modem but they wont take it. Theyre making me take my cable modem to a UPS store. Why? Why wont they just take it from me? Im right here. Im here with the thing. Just take the thing. I dont want to go to a SECOND place. I didnt even want to come HERE. The associate was very pleasant and knowledgeable so you get one bonus star.

I was paying $260.+ a month and could barely watch any show to its completion. Switched to T-Mobile and have had ZERO problems since. Was a cox customer for 40 years. Will NEVER go back!

Its a damn shame when you have to pay an arm and a leg for Internet service to a company that refuses to upgrade their equipment throughout their communities. I have on the daily intermittent dropping of my Internet, which Im supposed to have the giga blast. Crap that they tell you you have to pay 120+ dollars for I dont even get cable through them, the biggest rip off. Sure the people in the store are great but as a whole Ocala Cox communications can go eat a bag. Im so sick of giving my money to such a POS company.

They have scamming fees and the employees be messing with your accounts! Just found out because I forgot to put my new card on cox, the auto pay charged and got rejected and then I have to pay this broke company's return fees cause they dont make enough to afford it but wanna charge a poor woman whose fighting cancer and gets less than minimum wage funds per month have to pay a returning fee that costs me 2 1/2 months of my internet bill all because I forgot to change my card info. And then I found out an employee changed my billing date. Even tho I paid my feb bill on maech 5th, they chargwd me on march 4th for the returning fee yet disnt find out until april 1th that march's bill didn't get paid and that there was a returning fee scam that I had to paid for too. And while this should have been cleared with a 1 time courtesy credit. Last yr cox messed up and they used MY credit to fix cox's mistake! And now I don't have my credit.
