Amazing service. I talked to John about an antenna at the Ocala office. He was extremely knowledgeable on what to expect. Brandon came the next day and installed the antenna system. He was also extremely professional explaining what he was gonna do and get my approval. The system exceeded my expectations and the company showed real class. Something you don't see that often anymore.

INCOMPETENT. They know what they were supposed to do on the day of visit. Unfortunately, They did nothing during since they did not bring the equipment or tools needed even if everything was discussed prior to the visit. Now, they are charging us USD125 for the visit and would not reschedule until we pay them. They were literally inside the house for less than 5mins and they went outside the house while talking to their boss. They left without saying a word, very UNPROFESSIONAL.

if only i can give a zero star. i am a very reasonable guy, i am very understanding that they have a busy schedule so they can't put me in early, i also asked them if they can install my starlink and i want it on the roof passing through my attic. john said they can do it and i asked if i have to order anything from starlink, specifically the flush mount to install it that way. he said i don't have to order anything and they have all the parts, that i just needed to pay for those and the standard rate of 125 usd for the visit. they called a few days to schedule me for today, which i was ecstatic because i can be serviced early. i asked again to clarify if they have all the equipment needed, and he said yes i just have to pay for them. cool cool. come today, the tech said that he can't do it the way i specifically want it and they would have to go through the wall. i told them john said it's possible, and then the tech said it was if i have the flushing mount ordered from starlink. and then i told the tech john said you have everything available. now they wanted to charge me 125 usd for nothing when i literally asked if i needed to order something ahead of time before the tech comes in. now they won't reschedule me until i pay the 125 usd, as if it was my fault when clearly i asked if i need something ordered first before having the tech comes in. i guess that's how they would do their business, they would want to charge you for initial visit fees first then comeback another day to install when it could've been avoided and only do one visit. very shady business practice, try to find a more ethical service provider.

I had a great experience with this company from start to finish. The tech Brandon that came out had my Starlink hooked up very quickly, he was professional and polite. Scheduling with the main office was no issue. They were very kind to me and I appreciate that. I highly recommend this company. Heather Albinson

Service at office was great !!! At home installation service, Brandon was very informative and knowledgeable about everything so professional and so very much appreciated today,all just fabulous!!!!!
