Very happy with my choices for furniture and the sales person and our delivery. I couldnt have asked for better.

Stopped in with my girlfriend to check out some furniture recently, naturally we were greeted by one of the salesmen and we just asked to browse on our own, and that we would let him know if we found something we liked. We absolutely HATE high pressure sales. While looking around, the salesmen continually followed us WAY too closely for comfort and kept initiating conversation over and over again, remaining about 20ft away from us at all times until we got fed up and left. Wound up purchasing a couch at their competitor next door because they introduced themselves and allowed us to do our thing without making us feel like we were their prey.

Delivery was perfect ! Delivery men kind & very professional. Furniture was delivered in perfect condition. Extremely satisfied from purchase to delivery.

I purchased a sectional in September 2023. One of the recliners was out of alignment. Since then they have been at my house to repair with no fix. Said the repair guy didn't know what he was doing, and they would send another one out. Still nothing no contact what so ever. I have a sectional that is still broken. Rick C. Follow up, after 6 months they finally replaced the faulty recliner. It took four visits to get this accomplished . I will change the rating to a two star for at least fixing the problem. I do not understand the prolonged fix.

Every part of my experience with Blocker's was exceptional and there were particular reasons it was. My salesperson, Steve Harris, was super approachable, friendly and knowledgeable about several categories of furniture I was looking into, made me feel comfortable to ask questions and went out of his way to make sure my experience was seamless from purchase to delivery. I can say just as many positives about my delivery men, Fred and Cliff, who were incredibly able, friendly, made sure everything was set up perfectly and even helped me with another delivery team that came in at same time from another store keep from creating problems--they just couldn't have been more decent and professional. The prices were fantastic and delivery very reasonable. I would absolutely recommend Blocker's in Ocala.
