The store was badly understaffed -- shame on management -- but the person who took care of me worked her tail off so all the customers got proper treatment and what they wanted. She was professional and took the time to be sure she understood what I wanted (a one of a kind log book) so the finished product was just as I hoped for.

Went in for calendars and they had 1 style desk calendar and maybe only 10 of those. Basically no inventory of anything.

One of the worst office depot stores ever period I Uploaded a file to have 1000 black & white prints with 2 cuts, a very simple job, and the website stated that it would be ready at 5:30. I arrived at 6pm Only to be told that it wasn't ready and won't be ready till the next day, which is useless to me. The girl behind the printing copy center said they had trouble with my order, which was a very simple order and that they were backed up anyway, and they have another order that wouldn't be ready till tomorrow, that was supposed to be ready today. She had a defensive attitude right from the get. Go and really should not be interfacing with the public. Hey she was very condescending without any hint of empathy towards the situation that she caused. They were so busy that when I went next door to another store and came back out. The 2 printing office people. We're calmly smoking outside and disparaging customers to each other. Staples is right across the street and has always operated very professionally. They have my business going forward
