      image UNSANITARY! Poorly trained staff. I ordered a double sandwich and received a single. No big deal, but instead of throwing the mistake away, they returned it to the food prep line area with my germs along for the ride. I did get a refund with no trouble. I didn't care about the order being wrong or the long wait as they were busy. I draw the line when it's UNSANITARY!

      image This is THE worst Wendy's I've ever experienced. Paid 18 dollars to wait 30 minutes. To not even get the correct order. Honestly, not even worth the time or money.

      image Ive come to this wendys regularly for at least 2 years and always been able to use mobile coupons despite not receiving the "rewards pointa" using whatever manual coupon codes the employees had available. For some reason that stopped being the case and the employees refused to use a coupon that I used at this location for a different order just 2 weeks previous.
      This wouldn't have been an issue if the order taker had informed us of this when we ordered instead of after we had already payed for half our order.

      image edit: i called 10 minutes before i got out of work this time and again was told they were open 24/7, now im sitting in the parking lot and its closed with 3 employees walking around in the back! i called again once i got here asking when theyd be open and the lady told me she was unsure however probably 12 or 12:30! this is absolutely ridiculous! my store across the street only has 2 employees each night and we do just fine! i dont understand why they cant do better with more employees.
      ive called the past week to ask if they would be open once i got out of work, i work at subway across the street so i dont get out until 11:30pm sometimes later, each time ive called they informed me they were open 24/7 however drive through closes at 11, each night this week ive gone theyve been closed!
