Aloha, Jody Construction has out done themselves again! Mr. Anthony D. arrived at our home. He looked the our screen door because we wanted to change the opening from outside to inside opening. Mr. Anthony D. Explained to us the cost in how to save money on what we wanted do. We are constructing a paver court yard in the back of our home. His professional advice was to raise the screen door so the pavers wouldnt interfere with the opening of the door swinging outward. Mr. Anthony D. was correct in his completing the job. Mr. Anthony D. Completed the job in less than 15 minutes. Thanks Mr. Anthony D. For the outstanding professional job you did. If anyone wants a professional honest company to install a bird cage; our recommendation is hire Jody Wilson Construction ! Great Job! Keith & Minnie

I had my screen pool enclosure built in 2019 by Jody Wilson . I paid close to $23,000 for it. A BEAM FELL OFF THE FROM THE TOP WHILE I WAS IN THE POOL AREA WITH MY GRANDDAUGHTER. THE STRUCTURE IS only 5 years old when calling their office to speak to them, Anthony says they will come by to see and no one has come . I was shocked they didnt come immediately to check the rest of the structure . Jody Wilson emailed my husband to tell him the warranty is only for ONE YEAR . This is an insult .. we are willing to pay for whatever is damaged but they need to stand by their work . I would NOT recommend you use this contractor AS THEY FALSELY ADVERTISE IN THEIR WEB PAGE THAT QUALITY MATERIALS AND proper construction techniques but not merely 5 years after installation we had a beam fall out of the blue could have severely hurt my grandkids . I have the video of the incident where the beam falls off and my grand daughter and I are scared stiff. Will find a way to share online . Jody Wilson personally has emailed my husband with almost no concern and clearly stated his work is only guaranteed for ONE YEAR ! Great way to stand by your work sir.

DO NOT EVER HIRE THIS COMPANY! They do not warranty what they sell. They failed inspection, did a temporary fix to fool the inspector and now refuse to return to fix their incompetence. Multiple emails and calls not returned. Hung up on me when I asked for a date that they would return to fix. Another business that is busy because of the pandemic so they think they can take advantage of customers. Of course, they wanted their money right away even though the job wasn't done right and now won't follow through on their promise to fix. This is why we need more government oversight and laws regarding the construction industry and shady companies like this one.
