I purchased a home from Chris Milton over ten years ago and when I listed the same home to sell earlier this year I was amazed at how Chris still new such details about the house and all the extras the house had upon purchase. He never forgets a detail! I had a house built by A.L. Milton construction and am pleased with the final product and any post construction issues were dealt with promptly!

Chris and Al build a great quality home for the price in the Ocala area. They have built several of their Hemlock models for my rental property portfolio. My home was built relatively quickly and any delays in construction were clearly communicated to me. My tenants have been satisifed with the response on any warranty issues as well as my property manager. I will continue to recommend A L Milton Construction to my friends and colleagues.

We worked with Chris Milton from A L Milton Construction to build our home in the Ocala National Forest and he did a great job! We couldnt have asked for a better experience. He was very professional throughout the whole process. Our neighbors even commented on what a great job the contractors were doing throughout the process. Chris worked with us through the build and made it very easy. I would definitely recommend A L Milton Construction to anyone needing a new home built.
