After having the appliance lady/ floor lady be very rude to me,I went up to the service desk. I talked to nicholas and reslar. I believe that was his name. He had braids and glasses. These two guys couldn't help me enough. I am a transgender land in South Florida.You will have a problem with people waiting on you. These two guys Went down to their way to help me. They apologized for the problem with the lady in the other department. Great job guys. keep up the good work. I hope the manager forwards this to you.

We asked an associate if we could get a $400 purchase out of the locked up cage. He literally told us its not my department, I dont who to call and then walked away. Moments before a lady had asked him how many ounces where in a gallon of clorox( Im not kidding he said 8). Finally after 15 more minutes we found a very friendly associate that helped us out.
