image I would give it a zero rating. They held our car for almost two years and one of the repairs was to the transmission. Finally, car was released and the transmission does not go into reverse.
While I was there another customer entered the premises stating he was going to call the police because his car was held for a year.
Recommendation: Dont use this body shop. They dont do a satisfactory repair.

It was never like that, the person in charge of your car only tried to explain that it was worth it to just paint the hood if the whole car was really very bad, you would see the big difference but sorry if you felt bad or it was bad understood thanks happy new year

image She will deny responsibility, for everything!! I would stay far far away!! She blames her clients if they leave a terrible remark. This turned into my worst nightmare. If you do Not Speak Spanish, Do Not Go. She said she was giving me an insanely low price. It was insanely high because I was charged for work not even done on my truck. Do not pay $180 they charge to use their credit card machine. I would not sign with them if they expected me to pay $180 so I could then pay 2k dollars. She turned around and charged me in the end. $180 more for that when I said in beginning no, if I have to pay that, I will take it elsewhere! Swindled!!
When you bring up the overcharges, she will excuse them away. This was the excuse! "It's okay, I gave you a break elsewhere," and still charge for the invisible work! I made the deal with Juan! who promised me the world and was to supervise the total customization project. Juan? Gone!! A couple of days later. Never supervised a thing. Never followed through with promises. I came to find out Juan turned ownership over to his wife. The job? Shoddy, incomplete, overcharged, and two pretty new lovely dents I have in my tailgate. Inexperienced men doing my custom work!! $1500 to put my own carbon fiber and mixed with 2 other totally different wraps one of which was cheap and not even 3M and very little surface area!! Should have been at MOST $200. It is so bad and so scanty. Should have been free. It is currently peeling off after 1 month! the majority of my $400 carbon I bought, myself, online? Inexperience
"tint" guy who doesn't even do wraps but, did mine? Gave me most of $400 cf back. He stuck exposed glue-back on it all together in a pile to return it to me. Ruined and pieces missing. having to redo it, TWICE OR THRICE because they did not know what they were doing! Cheap, non 3M wrap. I complained to deaf ears. By the way, Parts you buy disappear. Also they shredded my acrylic mud flaps, lost my tow hooks and other parts and they Will throw your stuff all over the place. I found my brand new $200 leather car seats on their dirty shop floor. Your property will not be respected, Trust!
Im so stressed over this I can't even drive it! The entire lighting system in the front and inside is useless and not working. I bought new custom headlamps! One of the leds is hanging and not even in its housing. Now can't drive at night because also the others are pointing in all but the correct direction. Also, If Chrome Delete is mentioned, RUN LIKE HELL. There is a huge lack of self-awareness
and taking responsibility. She blamed a client for her review on a "Chrome delete" job. No! I did not return for it to be fixed correctly! Are you kidding me!!!??? Not on a charge of $14,000 dollars and incompetentcy! I am having to pay yet more $ to fix it myself! The shops here are laughing me into misery with how I was ripped off. Ask her, and it's all me-the clients fault. Why? Because I was bringing accessories in while they worked on things that were already suppose to have been completed months before my accessories were needed!
the other reviews 1. They had singular things done 2. I found out in the END, they don't even normally do full customization for entire vehicle! Juan does not own this business anymore!!! I'm sure Juan would have been great. But, he left the business to his spouse left me hanging. Not 1 damn promise kept and work that every week is causing big issues. Unfinished, nothing to satisfaction. ALL the electrical work? Faulty and not correctly installed. $150 for a wash and detail. It rained. They wiped dirty smudges all over. Not even inside was detailed. Did I get my $150 back after saying something? Big fat NO! I never got a dime back.! Claiming, "but, I gave you a break in price." What!!??? It was literally insanity! The truck sat day after day...not one thing done for at least 3 weeks. I had to stay in Miami weeks after I had to leave. 1 excuse after another. I hung out there! I know everything. My Wheel lights. Big issues, steering wheel lights, messed up.

Good afternoon, I think you have never been neglected, we have always been specific and we have done our responsible work, you took your car far from Florida, which is why we don't really know what problems your car supposedly has, you always get it. He attended with all the cordiality, since your car was always a priority, we have never told you that you have no guarantee for the work that was done, if you did not agree on the prices in the shop it was time to talk about it or later of 6 months, on the other hand, more work was done than ever, you were charged and you knew it perfectly, everyone in the shop always welcomed you and listened to all the changes you wanted, to make carbon fiber out of it, you did not want to buy original parts in the material so it was decided to use some stickers that you bought and that never worked so time was wasted on that later paper was bought which you were told would not be the same as if they were original pieces, so the work but of course you were never satisfied, our job is that customers are happy with our work just like when you received the car you were very happy but unfortunately I can't do anything if your car is not in the shop, it is easy to judge now by price and quality but you were never told that you had no guarantee, it is not our fault that you cannot bring your car for a general check, as I told you, we are always on call and waiting for you to bring the truck for a check, we are attentive, thank you
