scammy and the woman on the phone had an annoyed tone when making an appointment.. After the appointment days.., she lied about calling my phone to pick up my glasses saying I never responded? I have their number saved with their company name and I tend to pick up all my calls. I told the lady that I have their number/name listed, it's not listed on missed call nor recent, and I picked up the phone on unknown numbers as well(no emails as well)..she couldn't think of a response afterwards. Lazy and unprofessional, not going back there.
