        We are getting ready to close this month on our home by Maronda in Brightwater. Mary Ann and the PMs have been wonderful to work with from the time we signed the contract and throughout the process. Mary Ann was always available for questions and was quick to respond. Since we are not from the Florida area we appreciated the communication. Mary Ann was also kind enough to recommend places to buy furniture when I asked!! The PMs kept us updated once progress was underway. It has been a long process but Mary Ann warned us upfront that the process could take up to 2 years. For us it has been about 17 months which was not an issue since we were aware of the possible timeline when we signed the contract. We are excited for our pre-closing walkthrough coming up next week!! Everything weve seen so far has been great!! Thank you Mary Ann and Maronda!!
