        Great community for a good price. The salesman was knowledgeable and thorough. I like that they arent doing blind bidding like the other communities are.

        Poor construction quality, no supervision of work being done, poor warranty service ( sometimes they don't even show up ), electricity goes out with the slightest bit of rain or lightning. They seem to be only interested in the customer giving a good survey which they beg you to do at the final walk through while promising to take care of whatever problems you have. Don't do their survey until ALL punchout and warranty work is done or you will be spending all of your time fighting with them to get everything finished.
