Kim and Kevin are the best. By far the best contractors I’ve worked with. Very proficient, polite, professional. All work done top notch in timely efficient manner. They stayed in contact through out the project making sure everything was done as it was supposed to be. It’s great to have a handshake mean it’s bond between customers and Builders. These 2 are top notch. Workers Matt and Alex were great very caring professional!!

Owner very friendly. Have them slated for repair work. Pricing is average if not alittle below other contractors. Locally owned and residents of the area for years

My husband and I hired sands exterior to add a 24 x 16 Lanai on to your place. Nov 2019. Kevin was excellent to work with. He answered all of our questions and took no cut shorts. He updated us throughout the whole process. HIs team showed up when they said and completed the job as they said they would. Any delays where no fault of his company, Charlotte county is back logged with permits. All issue that the county had, Kevin's engineering team took care of and got the permit approved. I would highly recommend Sands exterior and will do business with them again.
