        The siding was installed in November 2023. I was very happy with the installation process and workmanship. The end result is beautiful. A minor repair was required in February. The repair was handled as efficiently as the original installation. The experience working with Julie and Nick has been a good one and I would recommend to anyone wanting any of the services offered by Custom Exteriors, they should take the time to discuss the project with them.

        Reasonably priced, knowledgeable and easy to work with. I would highly recommend and use them again. Thanks for the quality vinyl siding. Thats hard to find in Port Charlotte.

        Was treated very unfairly by this company. Contracted with them before hurricane Ian, work was not started for over 6 months after hurricane & not completed for a year after the hurricane. Was also charged extra for work that was supposed to be included in contract. Work was unsatisfactory so final payment was withheld until we were sure the siding would not blow off again. As a result liens were filed against our property after final payment was sent.

      Unfortunately hurricane Ian created more damage to your property and required a separate contract for those repairs, that required site specific engineering. Being that everyone in Southwest Florida was also dealing with the same problems it created timeline issues across the entire construction industry. As for added work, the window cover was not on your contract and therefore you were charged for it. You are also trying to hold money out for us not putting gutters on your gable end of your house which is not something that we ever do, you received fascia on the gables like you were supposed to.
