Our experience at the beach retreat on Casey Key was fantastic overall. The beachfront location was unbeatable, and the hotel provided a cozy and inviting atmosphere. However, one minor complaint was the absence of shampoo and conditioner in the room. While this didn't significantly detract from our stay, it was a noticeable inconvenience. Despite this, the friendly staff and great location made our time there enjoyable. We hope this small detail can be addressed for future guests.
