March 31, 2020 my husband and I bought our first home. I was 7 months pregnant and it was the start of the Covid -19 pandemic... And it would have been CRAZY/ IMPOSSIBLE had we not had Mike and Cindy George on our side. There is NO way we could have done this without them. Let me also state that we had NO idea what we were doing. We weren't even pre-approved before we talked to them. I thought that alone wasn't going to be possible. When you work with Cindy you will realize she doesn't take impossible for an answer. She will continuously fight for you till you get what you want. She is such a social butterfly that knows everyone in the business... To help you from start to finish. They don't just sell you a house. They are there from the beginning to the middle to the end... and even after if you need them. Which on a side story we did. I called Cindy thinking she would know someone to help... and help she did. Needless to say at 7 months pregnant I was stressed to find a house that would fit for our growing family. Time was running out and everything was shutting down. Some how every time I talked with Cindy I felt less stressed. She had everything under control. When it came to the financials and legalities things that would have gone completely over my head Mike had a way of explaining it like kindergarten class. I never felt scared or uncomfortable signing anything. They fought for the best deal for us. My husband and I look back and are still amazed at what they achieved for us. We didn't just get a "Realtor" We got two Realtors with values, experience, and compassion and to this day we are still lucky to call them friends.

My husband and I decided to take advantage of a Facebook ad curious as to our home's worth and that is how we met the most FABULOUS Real Estate Agents, Mike and Cindy George. Mind you we were only curious and really hadn't decided to sell our home and move but after meeting with Mike and Cindy the professional treatment we received from them was amazing and with their guidance we listed the home for sale, after a photo shoot of our home and surrounding area and the listing of the property for sale on numerous sites, it only took 12 hours for a sale on our home. Our heads were like spinning tops but the help Mike and Cindy provided us gave the impression we were all family and they went far and beyond what was ever expected from them. Cindy George is the best Realtor ever. She went above and beyond what most realtors will do. My parents were having a hard time selling their home in the Ocala FL area. They had the home on the market for over a year with no bites. I talked to Cindy, and she was able to sell their home a short time later at a great price. She was with them from the beginning to the end of the sale, and even helped with problems that arose with the movers showing up late and with the wrong size of truck. She kept them calm, worked through the problems and got them on their way to their new home. If you are looking to buy or sell a home, Cindy is the person for you.
