I first worked with Matt in the Summer of 2014. He has that Northeast mentality and hustle. He will return a call very quickly or call you back when he says he will. He will give his best. We used Matt to purchase 2 homes and sell 2 homes. I refer him to anyone looking for an agent.

Matts character speaks volumes as soon as you meet him. He is genuine, patient, and hard working. He took care of everything early, so we stayed ahead of the game. The one thing that impressed me the most is that he had our best interest, and with his many years of experience he never lead us into a bad decision, or wasted our time looking at homes that didnt fit our needs/ criteria. I highly recommend this trust worthy and knowledgeable realtor.

This review comes very easy for me. Matt went above and beyond to get my Minorca condo sold. It was a difficult situation but he had my back every step of the way. He was constantly communicating to me on a daily basis and working through all of the issues. He truly went above and beyond for me and I am so grateful. What a gem. I cannot recommend him enough!
