        After being closed for a year you would expect this place to be spot less. Quite the contrary, it is filthy. The bathroom was disgusting, toilet was lose from floor ,seat was lose and black mold in caulking around toilet and tub. Think twice before staying at this dump. I wish I could add pictures!

        I was worried about this hotel because of the reviews, however this hotel was a decent hotel. The rooms were clean, the views are stunning. It is directly on the beach. The bed were comfortable. They have a restaurant in the hotel, serves breakfast. It was a decent breakfast. We would stay here again.

        Beware!! As others have stated, they overcharge with hidden fees (parking, resort etc) and the place is moldy and outdated so not even worth the initial charge. I didnt realize the charges until I got home and currently disputing it with credit card company. What a terrible way to do business. Its now apparent why every other hotel was booked up except this one. Rooms: The rooms are old and outdated. watch out for the dripping water when on the balcony.

        Room was nice- could use better furniture in living room as couch was for a dorm room - fold out would make for less use of roll aways. Pool was cold- would be nice if it was heated for colder months. Walkability: Able to walk to a few local restaurants and right on ocean
