SpringHill Suites by Marriott New Smyrna Beach

Be warned this place has very poor customer service. I was called & asked several questions by Jamie which he was acting like he was my boss. I'm a guest & should be treated as one. I'm sure you treat your employees the same. No wonder this place has gotten so many bad reviews. It all starts with management, & it's poorly managed. There are tons of other hotels, I recommend you stay elsewhere.

I have wanted to stay at the Springhill Suites for years. It has been on my Bucket List for as long as I care to admit. I loved it. It is right on the water and close to everything that Flagler Avenue offers. Our rooms were clean and huge. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was very good. The only thing that I could have wishes for is that breakfast could have been offered a little longer. We did not account for spring break. It was very crowded but we still had a great time. Rooms: The room are very big. we had plenty of space for everything. I had extra stuff to plan for a wedding and space was no issue. Nearby activities: There is so much to do nearby. Restaurant's, shops, Ice cream, bars. Safety: There was police and security everywhere. We felt very safe. Walkability: I chose this hotel because we can walk to everything we wanted to do. Restaurants, shops, the beach, we had a lot of choices. Food & drinks: There are plenty of food and drink locations within walking distance.
