I ordered a special made pizza online and when I picked it up, it was made perfectly and it was very hot so was still hot once I got it home. The server was very quick to take care of me and very pleasant. Store was also very clean looking. and everything about my experience was great.

Its hard to decide if the staff at this location are being willfully incompetent, or if it just comes naturally to them. When you can successfully buy a Pizza from this location, expect it to be burnt. My recent experience, I went through the drive through multiple times after placing an online order, and waiting 30 minutes to go pick it up. The first time, they told me it would be another 10 minutes (They didn't make the pizza) - I gave them 20 minutes, to be told again "it will be like 10 more minutes" - which honestly wouldn't be that big a deal if it weren't for the fact that there were 4 employees literally standing around doing nothing. To add insult to injury, the staff were indifferent to the fact that they wasted an hour of my life, and didn't even offer as much as an insincere apology. Get a better pizza somewhere else.
