        Ordered last night online and was given a 1hr total time for delivery. Order didn't finally arrive until 1hr 45min later. Online tracker stated order was out for delivery exactly at the 1hr mark but driver didn't show up for an additional 45 minutes! We live litteraly less then 4 miles from store. When I called the girl working stated they were very busy yet my order number showed #47, regardless, anytime an order is going to take longer then estimated, or what shows in the online tracker; especially if longer than 30 minutes, someone should call to reasure customer their order is coming. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I would NOT order from here again.

        I ordered three pies and confirmed with the clerk that I would get tornado crust with extra extra garlic butter crust, to where I wanted it soggy. I got dry crust, even after confirming three times. What a disappointment, the crust makes the whole pizza.

        Been ordering from this location for many years now, they make my favorite meatball subs. I also love their cinnamon bread with icing. Staff is very kind as well, and quick to fulfill my orders. Thanks for all that you do!
