Well, a month and half after the oil change , the oil light came on and I saw I was very low on oil. So I bought oil and added the oil. I complained to the service dept that they failed to add the proper amount of oil. The service dept said I had an oil leak and to bring the car in . I said No, I do not have a leak. So.. months later when I brought the car in a for recall part , they told me three things my car needed attention but it wasnt urgent. No Thank you . Again, they claimed I had an oil leak and the valve cap needed to be replaced . I forgot how much they wanted to charge me . Anyway , I said NO. The Rep said he would ask the mechanic to wipe up the oil and it might have happened at the last oil change . I was laughing my butt off . I, who is not mechanically inclined had trouble adding oil to the car into that lil hole. Yes, it was ME , who caused the oil leak by spilling and missing that opening. The oil levels have been fine and lasting as it should. Glad I was smart not to be taken . And service manager : please do not call me to offer services to rectify ripping off customers . I do not want your mechanics to touch my car ! Oh , and I did not appreciate your pushy rep who told me that I would get a survey in the email and I am to answer YES that I will refer your service dept to my family and friends. I received a few phones as a reminder to answer YES. Its odd because I never received the survey.
