Doug was great on the phone when I called to see if they had a battery for my car , said he will be there till 9:00 and will install the battery for me , very nice and friendly when I went in , helpful in picking out a battery , Queen was also friendly and helpful , the minute I said I was there for a battery she knew about it , great customer service Auto Zone store # 2856 on Disciple Lane in New Port Richey ! I went in to have my Battery checked, turns out I needed a one, Dawn was incredibly knowledgeable ,helpful and kind. She advised me on what needled to be done, changed my Battery & I was in and out very quickly.

Ms. Dawn at the store # 2856 at 3112 Disciple Lane went above and beyond in providing me the best customer service possible. She explained to me very thoroughly the specific details regarding the battery replacement I needed to get for my mothers car to get it up and running again. This woman deserves a raise and a company paid lunch. She is an asset to the company and will go far in it. Thank you so much for all your help Ms. Dawn, you rule!
