Prompt, polite, hardworking capable team without all the overhead of these massive companies, they can do the same thing for less $. They don't employ a lot of NPC's, salesmen, etc.. A tech came out to my house and of course knew what he was talking about and never pressured me once. BTW, they charge for this, as they should. If anybody claims "free estimate or free house call", beware, nobody works for free. Also they are a very LOCAL company and the top dog, Reno is always available. I had to get a new AC which is a big expense, but at least I know whatever profit they worked for will get spent HERE, not sent overseas. You never know who to trust, but they have pretty much have won me over. They have a local reputation to maintain in good standing. I am impressed so far. No frills, no gimmicks, only a good job. I am nobody special, so I would imagine you would get the same good service. Note to a previous reviewer, "the person who answers the phone", is the owner who actually WORKS in the field. They are a good team, and teamwork is the best.

Family-owned business that treats you like family. Very professional and honest, and provided great service. They said theyd come to install the next day at 9 am, and they showed up at 9 am on the dot. Highly recommended.

I have used Ordine's ac and heating on many occasions for everything and anything concerning a.c. and heating. They are prompt and professional providing an exceptional customer experience from point of contact to end of job and beyond. Most recently we had our a.c. stop working late on a Saturday afternoon. I had an emergency siyuation at my restuarant, A/C was down and these guys reponded super quick. I have used them in the past they are super knolegable and fast to respond. They made the repair and to the pleasure of my employees and customers cooled down the store.
