        I used to be a customer, but I got tired of their upselling and large markups on items such as Aerus Beyond Guardian air purification system and its filters. I bought this system on March 20, 2020 for $4417.00 Its currently selling for $2699.99 on Amazon. Thats a 61.1% markup. I also learned I can buy the filters from the Aerus company or from Amazon for a lot less than what they charge and the filters are very easy to install. I could say a lot more about my other bad experiences, but dont trust them on the prices they charge. It will always be pretty steep. Yes, I realize they also do need to mark up their items, but I would always do comparison pricing and not trust what they tell you to be a good price without doing your own research.

        Im shocked by the unprofessionalism of this place. The service technical that came to our house was rude and tried to oversell us. I did not complains or write a review at the time because I do not like to bash businesses and wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt. Maybe he was having a bad day. Well I just received a sales call from a pushy woman who HUNG UP on me when I told her I wouldnt be using their company. No questions as to what happened, no Im sorry to hear that but have a good day. She actually just hung up on me. This place is deplorable and I would recommend ANY other company.

        Chris Cowden came out to diagnose our AC and Duct work. I had called 4 different companies, purchased two systems, replaced all the duct work, and put new registers in. Our bill was twice as high as our neighbors and our air handler leaked into the house. Chris called in an expert in duct work and found things were not the right size for the unit we had. Our system was breathing out of a coffee straw so to speak. He also found that our inside unit and outside unit were not the correct matching sizes and had worked so hard they were about wore out and rusted. Chris Cowden coordinated a complete new correct system. That was 6 months ago and we feel like we live in a new house. I cant recommend US AIR enough. Ask for Chris Cowden. Its refreshing in this crooked world we live in to deal with an honest person and company.

      Hello Christine,Thank you for leaving a review. It's a better place to explain why to a larger segment of our team than to someone calling back relatively recent customers. Many of us use the products that they offer at our homes as well, and can they make a world of difference, especially if you have family members who are smokers or pets. If you're not interested in it, then just firmly say no after their full explanation of what the products benefits . Although we understand your frustration, there are better avenues to explain why you no longer wish to use a company than telling a single employee after strongly expressing you are not interested. It could have easily just been her thinking you wanted the call to end and felt inconvenienced by it, and then you were per protocol taken off the customer call list. Thank you for understanding.
