        I would like to recognize Maria, cashier and Linda assistant manager for their customer service, patience and professionalism. I was in the Lely store today and observed their attempts to complete a transaction with a very difficult customer. The customer was returning items she had purchased on Saturday at half price and wanted the same discount for the exchanged items. This went on for over 45 minutes and was observed and overheard by other shoppers. My suspicions were she was trying to confuse Maria or cause a distraction. Maria was observant, polite and respectful at all times. Buen trabajo!!
