I had an injury on my shoulder, very painful recovery. Audra and Joe was amazing in helping me to exercise it so I wouldnt have a frozen shoulder. Im also a bartender and developed a tennis elbow, after few fascia treatments from Audra she totally cured it. Both are very knowledgeable about everything and anything has to do with body. Clean and friendly gym, highly recommended!

The stretching and fitness training with both Audra and Joseph has helped me so much! The facility is awesome and well maintained! Thank You aahfitness! I highly recommend it!

A few years ago I was really bothered by pain in my shoulders that would not go away despite repeated massage and chiropractic. Eventually I was on a ski trip where I could barely sleep or ski and stumbled into a sports therapist who just so happened to be a certified level 3 fascial stretch specialist. One session saved my vacation and made a big lifestyle change. Since then, when I travel I keep an eye out for the elusive level 3 specialist, and Naples FL is extremely lucky to have Audra. This time FST made the aches and pains of kite boarding go away.

Helped me prepare in advance for major shoulder surgery. My Dr was impressed by my speedy post surgery, all of which I attribute the awesome preperation I received from Joe and Audra!!!!
