NCEF Pediatric Dental Center - Naples

The front staff is a joke. They are beyond rude. They are very difficult to understand and start off with an attitude. They demand you show up 15 mins before you appt but all your reminders are for the time of your actual time. They refuse to see you even if youre on time. The waits are ridiculous. I took off work to have my daughters braces removed to come in for a cleaning only to walk in and be told theyre arent seeing patients that day. No notice no apologies. I said I need to be fit in ASAP. I need to call back because they are booked. Its a joke! You couldnt pay me to go back. They take advantage of the fact they take Medicaid and they service immigrant or low income households. Its disgusting!

My son has been going to NCEF for years, hes had to have quite a bit of dental work done and weve had some terrifying experiences. Weve consistently been seeing Dr. Skvor for all of his treatment and let me tell you, he has changed my sons feelings about going to the dentist. We went from unable to sit in the chair on his own to literally looking forward to going and welcoming him with a hug. Were so sad to see him leave; we might me traveling out of state for his future treatments just for Dr. Skvor! his patients and empathy is unmatched.

My special needs son has been going here for awhile now. And the staff is absolutely amazing with him . It has been easy for me to contact the office and set appointments.

*NOT RECOMMENDED* I have been taking my kids here for a few years now and I have to say I wouldn't recommend this place. The front desk is unprofessional, but the dental assistants and dentists are very friendly. Although, it does feel like they want you in and out. They don't take the time with you, you're just a number and money for them! (Like most places) The wait time is ridiculous. Every time I take my kids, I have to wait awhile before my kid can be seen. I come early and is called last even after people who came after me. I find the front desk staff has a hard time communicating in English and is unpleasant when I express my concerns regarding wait time. I had a phone call once calling in regards to my insurance, and the lady spoke to me in Spanish only and I don't speak Spanish. In regards to cleaning, they barely do anything and is not detail or thorough. It's a waste of money to take your kids here. I'm going to finally switch my kids to another dentist office.
