Ginsberg Eye

After learning I had a rare eye disease calls Sysmans Nodules. I found Dr. Ginsberg. It was a very scary experience but Dr Ginsberg & his team made me feel comfortable.He is professional. Knowledgeable and because of this the the outcome was amazing! His office is Clean. Comfortable .they are available anytime to answer questions. I highly recommend Dr. Ginsberg

This was the worst doctor visit I've ever incurred in my 66 years of life. I chose Dr. Ginsberg based on reviews I had read. Obviously and hopefully my experience was abnormal in every way. Unfortunately, due to follow up from his office, I'm kind of believing it's happened before but no one bothered to post. My appointment was at 12.30pm. Since I was a new patient I arrived 15 minutes early for paperwork. At 1.0ppm no one has called my name. Paperwork had been completed since 12.40pm. At 1.10 I asked when I'd be seen and was told to allow 1.5 hours for new patient and I'd be seen in 10 minutes. Well, after 10 nothing. I said I'd leave and reschedule. It was my son's only day off from very busy work 6 days straight I felt bad he had to wait but I knew eyes would be dilated and I needed him to drive. After another 10 or 15 minutes I was finally called in with Lyn the assistant whom was very pleasant and proceeded with the beginning of gathering information and testing. She apologized for the time lag and said someone had not shown up for work. Dr. Was there though. After her tests were completed she dilated my eyes and said dr would be in, in 10 minutes. Well, after listening to the dr. Go in and out other rooms a couple times, I opened my door as I became anxious waiting and no one bothered to check in. After 30 minutes waiting for the Dr I had enough. I walked out the door, no one said a word, I walked past a staff member, who never looked up to acknowledge me. My son had been sitting in the parking lot for the 2 1/2 hours I was there and informed me that many others came and went while i was there. I WOULD LOVE TO SEND DR. GINSBERGS OFFICE AN INVOICE FOR MY TIME. MY TIME IS AS IMPORTANT AS YOURS. And the fact that no one has called to see what the problem was after 2 days just confirms, not to recommend him.

Incredible experience. Top notch professionalism at every step of the way! Office staff is highly trained and efficient. From the very first appointment and throughout my treatment, Dr. Ginsberg made me feel completely at ease with his knowledge and expertise of my situation. You will not regret trusting your eyes to this doctor. He is the best!

I was vacationing in Naples with my family when my baby gave me a corneal abrasion. After stopping at two urgent cares who wouldnt help me & calling multiple eye doctors who could not accommodate me into their schedule I walked into Dr. Ginsbergs off desperate for some pain relief. The staff was very helpful and friendly and got me in to see Dr. Ginsberg within the hour. He was able to get me relief and antibiotic drops and I was able To enjoy the rest of my vacation with my family. Highly recommend his office and I cannot thank them enough!
