It took me several tries to find an honest and ethical eye doctor in Naples. By the time I called Dr. Martins office I was frazzled. The young lady on the phone heard my concern and got me an appt the following day. I was still skeptical because of my past experiences. I couldnt see very well going in. Becca tested my eyes. Not only did she let me vent a bit but she showed great compassion and patience. I felt safe and confident in her care and I am very grateful. Dr. Martin was nice and explained what my eyes needed. I left being able to see! A great place to be treated!

Since last October, I has been dealing with an infection on both eyelids and under his right eye. This morning, my situation became urgent as I was feeling pain every time I blinked my eyes. So wanted to go to see an Ophthalmologist and not go to an Urgent Care Center. I went to where my grandmother has been going for years, Eye Care Specialists of SW Florida. I were concerned that since I didn't have an appointment that they probably wouldn't be able to see me. But when I got there, I saw that there was no one waiting in the reception area and thought maybe we could get in to see the Doctor. I was immediately greeted by the Receptionist who recognized me since I have been there on a few occasions with my grandmother. I don't know her name but she is very pleasant and very helpful. She asked us for my medical insurance card and then asked us to fill out some forms and she would let the Doctor know. About 10 minutes later, I was called into the office by one of the Physician Assistants. She was also very nice and you could tell she was very concerned by the questions she asked. She did a thorough examination and answered my questions before having Dr. Martin see me. Again, I didn't get her name but she was very attentive. Then Dr. Martin came in and couldn't have been friendlier and accommodating. She asked several questions, continued examining my eyes and after diagnosing what I had and laying out potential options, she asked if I wanted to have an injection that should help deal with the infection. I decided to do so and she administered it like a true professional. She was very thorough and made me feel very comfortable. I thanked her and told her how grateful we were that she was able to see me today. Then when we went to check out, we met with the Office Manager, Andreina. She is extremely nice and professional. She went ahead and even set up a follow up appointment for me with a Specialist at an office in Ft Myers. That was going above and beyond because normally a Doctor's office would tell you to call and make your own appointment. Anyway, I was extremely satisfied with the service from everyone in the office. Kudos to Dr. Martin and her entire staff. We highly recommend Eye Care Specialists of SW Florida.
