I came in as a new patient and I saw Vicki Traxler from the beginning at the front desk, I felt welcomed. I was with her for about an hour going over everything and she never made me feel rushed or that I couldnt ask questions. As someone who gets pretty nervous having to see new doctors..I was very comfortable with her. She brings a happy and comfortable environment with her.

This place is exceptional!! Starting from Front desk Chrissy very polite and did everything possible to accommodate me as soon as possible because I was behind for my check up. Lori, knowledgeable professional and thorough, Jenna super friendly and made me feel very comfortable during the appointment. This is the best care that anyone can ask for!!

I was referred to this practice as my original practices physician was leaving. I called and made an appointment in December. I was asked to transfer medical records. I did so. On the day of my appointment I was running 5 minutes behind. I called 30mins prior to my appointment time to inform them and to see if I needed to reschedule. I was told I shouldve been there 30mins before. I apologized as I wasnt told prior. I was told to still come in. Upon my arrival I was greeted by the most dry and unwelcoming front desk woman. When she asked for my insurance card, I provided her the wrong member number. I apologized since I had recently changed my insurance and hadnt become familiar with it yet. I began looking for an online login for my insurance to find the information needed. I was holding a page that came with my new card and after about 5 minutes she asked to see it and said this is it. No smile, no indication she wanted to help, just annoyance. She handed me an iPad to fill out. While I was filling it out, she announced to the entire waiting room while holding an empty folder she didnt have my medical information. I told her I requested it be sent. I was asked to call my previous office. I did so. They confirmed it was sent 24 days earlier. As I was on the phone, before I finished my paperwork, I was called back. I felt odd being on the phone and being called back. I told the woman who called me back, what I was asked to do and why I was on the phone- to indicate an apology- and she reminded me that because of this, they have to start from zero. I was shocked, as this wasnt my fault. After this she then told me if I was late I needed to call. I informed her I did. She repeated herself, ignored that I did call and I had to tell her how frustrating my experience had been so far. She apologized. I accepted, we moved on. That was until I met the NP, who made me feel so dumb and inadequate. When asked how old I was she scoffed and told me I was a baby (Im a 30yr old married woman, with 3 educational degrees, and on my second child), told my husband he was too young to get a vasectomy and that she knows people who regret it, no medical support, just her personal opinion (how inappropriate), and worse of all, when I expressed my concerns with an exam, she stated that she was gentle but that the practicing OBGYN I would soon meet, had sausage fingers. Not to mention she said she didnt want him to get Covid because he was old. How comforting. To top off my experience, we were then taken to her office to be educated, where she began explaining pregnancy to myself and my husband as if we were teenagers and had no idea what we were doing, clearly knowing Ive successfully done this before. I was floored. I could not wait to leave. I felt sad, uneasy, unwelcome, and discriminated.

I was referred here by my previous OBGYN who retired. Not sure why they would refer us to this place. Left multiple voicemails and emails to ask if they would be able to accommodate a new patient. No one even took the time to contact us back? We waited weeks. Finally gave up and found a different place. Customer service is horrible.

If you were referred here from Dr Elliott do not waste your time. I'm not sure why they would send patients here. The receptionist was nice so that's the only reason I'd give this one star at all. The medical staff is not friendly and they do not have empathy at all.
