Dr. Garcia-Bracero is very caring and an attentive listener. She is a very knowledgeable and dedicated physician. I am happy that I found a good doctor in this area.

Waited 6 months to get this appointment for my daughter, took off work for this appointment ... get to the office there's a note posted the office is closed! No phone call, no email, nothing! I'm loosing pay due to your lack of communication but you bet you're office will be the 1st to charge a no show fee regardless... what a joke... don't waste your time with this office.

My daughter was referred to this place by her current doctor. She suffered a miscarriage and nobody still havent returned her call. Its been over a week. She spoke with someone on the emergency line over that weekend and was told to call the officer for a visit; she called and the receptionist took her information and she havent heard from them since. Its too many doctors at this location for this! Not sure if its the receptionist not doing her job or the entire office. Please be aware !!

I originally deleted my initial review because my pregnancy was super stressful with a CDH diagnosis so I thought I was maybe being a tad emotional when writing my first one star review. After my recent phone call with them Im putting this review up to tell how negative my experience has been with this practice. The office staff are not friendly at all. I spent 30 days at nicu at Johns hopkins childrens hospital and my daughter has a severe defect called CDH. She recovered way faster than we all thought and we are back home. I called today to schedule my 6 week follow up postpartum and the office lady that answered was so rude. She said I shouldve called 6 weeks ago to schedule did she not hear the part where Ive spent the last month in an icu with my daughter? Her tone was so rude and not understanding of my situation at all. No congratulations, Im so sorry, nothing. All she said was the doctor is booked for weeks. Then all of a sudden she had availability next week. Totally off putting phone call with no empathy. This office had hours long wait times. Every appointment took 2+ hours. I had to self advocate for an MFM because I had autoimmune issues and wanted extra monitoring and physician at first said I wasnt high risk. Thank god I advocated because the MFM caught this diagnosis of CDH at 17 weeks. Overall with the long wait times, rude office staff and a physician I wasnt the biggest fan of, I wouldnt recommend. My sister went to a different practice in Naples and had the best experience. I will not be returning for future pregnancies.
