Yesterday, I had a colonoscopy and an endoscopy with Dr. Meckstroth. No one looks forward to having these procedures-especially prepping for the operation. Once I arrived, everything went as smoothly as could be. I was called in on time and met with Robert who was extremely nice and caring. Although my blood pressure was high, he immediately put me at ease. The nurse that followed him was as professional and as nice as could be. The anesthesiologist too was very professional and answered all of my questions and concerns. Dr. Meckstroth was very personable and had a great bedside manner. He explained everything that was going to be done and what I should anticipate and asked if I had any questions. Following the procedures, he visited with me and again answered all of my questions and told me how things went. This morning, I had a followup call from his office checking to see how I was. I could not have been more pleased with the entire staff! I would give more than 5 stars if I could. Bill Zwicker

Very rude and unprofessional staff. Facility is dirty and old. Would not recommend.

Not a great experience as they expect driver to wait outside in the heat .... due to COvid! We are in 2023 Covid is no longer an issue yet they don't allow one to wait in waiting room where there is plenty of room. Go wait outside in the heat! We live 45 minutes away so not easy to go home and back again! Get with the program!
