    From the front end staff, to the infusion nurses and the brilliant doctorseveryone in this practice is warm & very capable at meeting needs of patients and going above & beyond with attention to detail to ensure my health issues are addressed quickly and with great expertise! I love this practice so much that I travel all the way from Virginia to get my difficult issue resolved here. These doctors are in a league of their own!!!

    My wife, maybe the sweetest kindest and most respectful person was so excited to find this place. A medical team that although expensive and did not take insurance... would really listen. Turned out to be the exact opposite. My wife is very aware of her conditions, her tests, what the doctor needs to have a productive appointment which costs over $700. But this is what happened to my wife, so sad, this is my wife's words... The Center just called me and said their doctor and center is not a good "fit" for me. No reason given. But I know the reason is that I did not think the doctor had the right data for my upcoming appointment to discuss my bone health properly. I told the office staff that I hope I was wrong but please let me know if the doctor had all the information she would need. Because of my knowledge of my own health I thought the Dr. may be missing a test and maybe we should postpone the appointment so I could be sure the Dr. had all the needed information before coming to the appointment and not wast my time or $700 and need to come back. I kindly let them know that financially this was a challenge and I just wanted to make sure all the information was there so we didn't waste time or money. I was told I was not a good "fit" because I asked questions. So sad that they are truly ONLY in it for the money because they should have been open to a productive pre-appointment conversation. My guess is I don't think they knew enough about bone health and instead of being professional and helping me they told me I was not a good fit....

I told the office staff that I hope I was wrong but please let me know if she had all the information she need because of my knowledge of my own health I thought we may be missing a test and maybe we should postpone if so so I could be sure I had all the needed information before coming to the appointment. I did let them know that financially this was a challenge and I just wanted to make sure all the information was there. I was not a good "fit" because I asked questions, was informed and money was an object. So sad that they are truly ONLY in it for the money because that should have been open to positive conversation. Honestly, I don't think they knew enough about bone markers and instead of being professional and helping me they told me I was not a good fit....

    Dr Roberts said that she wouldnt give up on me and in fact she did give up on me. I sent her a message 4 months ago and told her that I wasnt feeling good even after all the treatments she gave me and I still havent gotten a response. When I would question her about my high levels of mercury she would say that there is nothing to worry about. (Green is within reference range, yellow and red are outside the reference range) and my levels of mercury were almost near the red. It doesnt even take a medical professional to know that these levels are not okay.

    Im very disappointed in this group since they do not take Medicare and other insurance. This shows that the almighty dollar is more important than patients.
