Was looking a great deal on a King size mattress in SW Florida and came across MBA Naples and Taylor. Wonderful experience all across the board! I Called last minute had to get a mattress asap, Talked to Taylor and he was very knowledgeable about different mattresses. I told him what I needed, he recommended the perfect fit, it was extremely reasonable, I paid, he delivered within a hour. The mattress is exactly what we wanted. Love it! I will highly recommend

If there was an option to leave no star i would do it. Big disappointment.I wanted to support local business and wasn't looking for  a mattress at the big stores so i ended up at Mattress by Appointment and met Tyler. I was looking for firm  and cooling mattress so i thought i bought one. Couple weeks later not feeling any cooling functions while sleeping i decided to call Tyler as at the time of sale he was assuring me that i can call him anytime with any questions. Well he didn't pickup the phone. Meantime i called producer and found out that they don't make cooling mattresses at all and that the sale person lured into buying whatever he had in his store. So again i was trying to reach Tyler.. was leaving him a voicemail for two weeks every day and followed by text . He never called and texted back. I will never buy's anything from him and i will make sure that people i know wont buy a mattress from him either .
