Great experience! I love my new windows. I am glad I opted for wrapping of the outside frame, it really made the windows look beautiful. Awesome women's kickboxing classes no matter what age. The instructor (Alex) makes the class fun and he adapts the workout for each person depending on your ability. You get a combo workout of cardio work and strength training. Weather you're already in good shape or your just getting started, it's a great class. And the other women are fun! He also teaches women's self defense classes and has great classes for kids.
