Worst service ever, looks like a scam. I will never do any other work with them or recommended it to anyone. As a matter of fact, I had send their info a someone and just called him to warn about my situation.I had a garage door installed by them through a contractor. They didn't install the opener because the electrician had to move the connection to a side. I called on January 3rd, and explicitly told them this is the only thing I'm missing to get the CO. I was told they will look into it. I had to call them the following week asking for an update. They said, to allow 15 days because they didn't have the part needed. I had to call again, I was told they were going to be there either on Friday or Monday. I called on Monday, Jorge said he will be there between 4 to 6. I called at 5. he said Tuesday at 12. Never showed up or answered the phone. I've been calling non stop. and no answer. Just now I was able to talk to someone that said, " someone will be there on Sunday or Monday". She didn't even ask my name, address or any info. Total disrespect and dishonesty.
