Had a broken garage door opener replaced by this company and later learned that I probably paid about 40% to 50% more than what other firms charge. Was in a bind because the opener had suddenly broke and should have called other companies because this company totally ripped me off in terms of price. Will never use them again for any type of garage door services. Beware!

Very thankful to have found a family owned and operated business like this that cares about their clients! We came home to a door that just wouldnt go up before a holiday weekend and within hours a technician arrived to save the day. Very polite and courteous. We will definitely continue to use Garage Doors of Naples in the future.

I called this morning because a spring had broken on my garage door. I could not get my car out and needed to go to work. The receptionist was very pleasant and within a half an hour we had technicians at our door. They worked fast and were incredibly sweet. Great service, will definitely be using this company in the future.

Naples Garage Doors installed a new door for me about 3 1/2 years ago. No problem with install. a few months ago, had it serviced. Chip, the service tech, showed up about 4 1/2 hours late. He apologized, and was very friendly and knowledgeable. No issues others than the 4 1/2 hour lateness. Here we go. Earlier this week, I called for a repair because I noticed that the rubber seal at the bottom corner had been missing, probably due to a rodent. the rubber on vinyl panel at the bottom also had a missing piece. The woman who was helping me over the phone informed me that it would be $3.50 a foot to replace the bottom and $4.25 a foot to replace the vinyl panel. Chip arrived the next day a hour earlier than scheduled, and tried to get a replacement piece to slide over the old rubber bottom seal. He advised me after trying for about 10 minutes that it was getting stuck about 2 feet down, and he would not be able to put that piece over it, and to replace it, it would be $6.50 a foot. He also did not have the side vinyl on his truck , which was needed to close the opening. I asked him to call his office to see if he was right about the pricing and whether they had the vinyl piece at his office. I walked back into the house. When I came back out to the front, my garage door was down and he was gone!! I was shocked. I called the office and the woman seemed amused but not surprised that he would just take off without doing anything. She called me back at the end of the day and said a different tech would be at my house the next day with ALL MATERIALS, and do the job. Joaquain showed up the next day and knew nothing of having the side panel. I called the office and spoke with a male sales representative, who gave me a 3rd different price for the vinyl panel. he was very condescending and I asked him to repeat his name to me, and he said he already told me. He did not care at all how much I was inconvenienced for 2 days with nothing being done, he didnt even try to compensate me in any way and belittled me saying if that makes you happy. . I tried to complain to Luke the owner and Ali, the owners wife, but she didn't want to hear any of it and hung up on me. Totally unprofessional !!!I would not call them for your business!
