Called three weeks ago to schedule an appointment for today (12/16). I was told they would call the day before with a window for arrival. When I did not receive the call, I called first thing the morning of the appointment and was told they would come either “today, tomorrow or Monday” so basically when they are in my area. I received a call this evening to confirm for tomorrow which does not work for me. I spoke with a manager and was told they are short staffed and cannot guarantee appointment days at this time. Really? Wouldn’t that have been helpful information to give when I scheduled an appointment? I made certain I was home all day for their “window” which should have been a only a few hours. Customers are expected to keep schedules clear for when Garage Doors of Naples decides to come? I don’t think so. I have been using them since 2014 and have always been pleased. Today the woman answering the phone was abrupt, unconcerned about the way “appointments” are being handled and the manager wasn’t much better. I’ve moved on to another company and have a confirmed appointment on Monday (and was given the window for arrival when the appointment was scheduled). I can overlook a lot with covid and work force shortages however I cannot overlook lack of consideration and communication.

The service received by Access Garage Doors was truly exceptional. They did a fantastic job and got it done fast and efficiently. Would definitely recommend their service to anyone in the Naples or Fort Myers area
