        The time window I was given was 9am - 11am. The rep arrived at 11:42am. He didnt say anything when he arrived, I just said I will open the door. He proceeded to tighten various parts on the door. Then he said he was out of WD40 did I have any??? Unfortunately I did not. It was 12:12pm he said he would have to go get some, since I had to leave 1pm, I told him show me where to oil and I will do it. He said service call $135. He went to his truck to make out invoice came back and said $143.50. There was a. Fee added?? First and last time to call them for service. BAD BAD
