Dr. Loftus is caring, conservative with treatment, and highly competent. The office accepts insurance (and files it for you) and the pricing is reasonable. Great dentist and a great overall experience.

A family member who is a patient here made an appointment for me when I moved into town last year. When I got the reminder notification it turned out that the appointment conflicted with a customer meeting so I called to reschedule. The woman who I talked to cancelled my appointment and was reluctant to reschedule one saying that it would be a very long wait. She finally gave me an appointment for over 6 months from then, saying it was the first available. After hearing a good review of another dentist from a colleague who is making appointments for 2 weeks out I decided to call up and cancel. The same woman answered the phone, and when I said I'd like to cancel she immediately said it's taken care of and promptly hung up on me. I'm grateful I had this experience up front so I didn't waste my $ at this place only to find out how inflexible and rude they are.
