        The staff is nice with the exception of the owner. He is rude and snug. Always gives me a bad look. This is the only location where even if you bring your own cup, they continuously charge you for ice. They never give you a receipt and I've been charged a slerpee instead of ice several times. Pure greed. The only thing this place has going for them is the location and the rest of their customer service as it isn't their fault they are instructed to charge for ice...or imaginary items!

        Scratch off wasn't put in my bag, came back and told them I didn't get it and if it was left on the counter. They told me I'm outta luck cause she put it in the bag.
