Is 1:05 am Sep 28 2023. This is the second time i come at this hours and the old man see me waiting and leave me there waiting for min. He look ar me and ignored me. I asked who is in the front and he said he is but he is busy on the back not only leaving store unsupervised and not taking care of costumers, probably a racist. Worst store ever. He should be fired if he cant take care of the store at those hours.

The male cashier with glasses is very rude! He tried to make me feel stupid, because I asked him for bread while I pointed at the hotdog area and he acted like he didnt know what I was talking about. He had me Raise my voice, because he was telling me he couldnt hear what I was saying. Not sure if he Has issues with hearing, If he has hearing loss, then I can understand. He said bread and hotdog buns are two different things and tried to make it seem like he didnt understand my English. While, hes ringing out another customer, Hes telling the customer that he cant understand what I was saying because I was asking for bread trying to make it a big issue because I didnt ask for hotdog buns. That is extremely embarrassing. First of all, its not another customers business. That was extremely unprofessional. there was a very nice girl That saw I was having an issue communicating with the cashier so she quickly grabbed a hotdog bun and gave it to me. While the cashier is telling my business and making comments while ringing out another customer I felt so embarrassed that I left the bread and decided to not give them my business. I didnt know 7-Eleven was in the business to embarrass their customers in front of other customers and laugh about it! Great Job providing exceptional dissatisfying service. Todays date is April 1, 2024. I was at this location around 3:55 PM. And no, this is not a joke. I hope other people are not getting treated this way. As an adult, we need to respect each other and understand that not everybody has time to be arguing with 711 Employees. 7-Eleven employees need to be treating people, more professional Without being condescending. The fact that he didnt understand the difference between a hotdog bun and bread for hotdogs, and then tries to make me feel ignorant about it, Is the reason I am making this review. As a professional, who consistently works in the area of Land O Lakes, I take pride of this location and that people should not have to deal with people like this. People may think this is a big deal, but best believe Ill make it a big deal when you run me out of your store with bad customer service. I will update this review with his name once I can confirm what it is.
