Wonderful customer service. Camila Cedeno was very patient and understanding. She has extensive knowledge of all products her company offers. She was wonderful to work with. Although this location is father away from my home I will drive there next time I need assistance.

I called in due to an issue with mobile banking that I was not having success with being resolved over the phone on the corporate line. I explain this to the bank rep Susan and she was able to personally handle my issue and call back when resolve. It is nice to see there is still personal service at our local branch. Susan is an asset to the bank. Thank you!

I was with BB&T with corporate and private accounts for several years at downtown location. Things changed and was a bit concerned but service continued to be stellar. Im now retired living in northern Ohio and have not changed banks for my private accounts. The team has gone above and beyond helping me with challenges Ive encountered. Addy, Matthew, Judith and Melissa are the team members that I work with. Youre in good hands with that team. Im really fortunate to have such a great group of people behind me. Definitely recommend Truist and these folks.
