        1 hour waiting to get a new debit card!!!!! Ridiculous only one person does customer service. This bank plays with people's time as they want.

        The Customer service is horrible. Wait time is up to around 20 minutes. The poor teller (yes one teller) is responsible for the drive thru and inside the bank while the other 5 staff members watch.
