        This company has a horrible scheduling system. Based on the lady I just spoke to, they make you book the whole day off and refuse to tell you when they're coming. They don't seem to care one bit about inconveniencing customers. Even the cable company gives you a 4 hour window. BTW, these guys have the service contract for Viking fridges. It's enough to make me want to buy another brand. I would never ever ever recommend them.

        I used this company to work on my True Ice Machine. They were prompt, sent a fantastic technician, Jesse, and quickly resolved my issue (same day). Very impressed with the office and service tech. Very unusual for SW Florida service providers in my experience.
