I call All About Appliances on 2/1/2024 and they came the next day. I needed a fan replaced and was told they didnt have the part. They would have to order it and it would take at least 3 days before they got it. I had a renter in the unit and could not wait 3 days or longer to have it fixed. I went to Lowes that day and ordered a refrigerator and got it the next day. I was charged $108.00 for the visit. I also had to reimburse the renter for the food she lost.

We are a property management company with over 170 properties and we exclusively use All About Appliances for all of our properties. The owner of the company, Lukas, personally answers all phone calls and takes care of ALL of appliance repair needs in a professional and timely manner.

A call to see if they could fix our GE refrigerator resulted in a repair the same day by a nice young man! Diagnosed almost immediately and reported as a common problem with our model, Keneau had the part and promptly replaced it and we were all set. Thank you!

Lukas provides exceptional service. He arrived on time, same day, and quickly diagnosed the problem. He is responsive, respectful, knowledgeable, efficient and skilled. After seeing a few good reviews mentioning reasonable pricing I put a call into All about Appliance Service and Repair. The belt in our dryer broke, I had the belt off but was unable to get at the motor. Lukas came out and had it repaired in 30 min. I knew the belt cost about $20, so I expected a bill for around $150. Lukas informed me it was $325 for a 30 min fix and a $20 part. Beware, these guys are a rip off. Update. So this morning I recieve a call from Lukas yelling about me leaving him a bad review. He asked why I didn't refuse the repair. I explained that at that point the repair had already been complete. Further, I did in fact question him as to why it was so high. I see in his reply he stat that the price was given beforehand. This is completely untrue. I've also checked around and could not find anyone quoting such a high price. He did show up the next day and the repair was done in under 30 min. But, for his prices and lack of professionalism I would highly recommend you look elsewhere. Service: Dryer repair
