Been Trying to get ahold of this company for 2 days now to come and replace stove and refrigerator and when you call the number to their office it states "mailbox is full and cannot leave message please try again later" how am I supposed to know if they received my calls due to the fact that their voicemail is not working. I am working with my rental company and they stated a ticket was sent to them, and 2 days later nobody has reached out to me. I wish i could give zero stars. Lousy customer service and lack of communication.

Bill is very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He has been in business for many years and handles the service calls himself. His rates are very reasonable. Both my husband and I would highly recommend this company.

Called Bill the morning after the Labor Day weekend... Maytag washer wasn't working. About two hours later the technician Mike arrived. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Took him almost two hours and some improvisation. Great guy. Great company...I highly recommend them. Lots of appliance repair places online to choose from... I chose Action for three reasons: Over 30 years of service to the Naples community, the owner has some of his 2010 wedding pictures on his website (love that) and he encourages support for the Wounded Warrior Project. I noticed my refrigerator had stopped cooling its contents on a recent Sunday morning, fearing all would be lost since it was a weekend. After an internet search on a day when most repair services were closed, I found Action Appliance Service was supposed to be open so gave them a call. No one answered the phone, and my call went to voicemail. I left a message thinking I probably wouldn't hear from anyone until at least Monday. Much to my pleasant surprise, less than an hour later I got a call from the owner Bill who asked me, "What did you do to your refrigerator, Mark?" which gave me a chuckle! I told him what was going on and he said he would be out to check on it. I asked him "When?", and Bill said he would walk out to his truck soon and be there in 15 to 20 minutes. To his word, Bill was right on time. Long story short (I know it's a bit late for that....!), he tore my refrigerator apart, found a defective part, replaced it on the spot, and gave me what I considered a very reasonable bill for a Sunday emergency call. Bill is a total gentleman and very experienced - a true professional. It's a great feeling to have discovered a go-to appliance repair business you can trust, and I am referring him to all my local friends for their appliance repairs.
